In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at swatiagarwalstudio@gmail.com along with your order details and relevant images of the issue.

Our team will review the concern and assist you with the next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.
• Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are non returnable and non exchangeable.
• Minor variations in color, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur due to handcrafted processes and photography lighting, and shall not be considered defects.
